Purpose of the Application

Morvi App is created exclusively for professionals in the photography industry, including photographers, videographers, and studio-related service providers.
The core objective of the application is to offer a digital platform that allows users to manage workflows, organize projects, clients, and media, and enhance their business digitally and efficiently.

User Responsibilities

• Users must use the application features responsibly, honestly, and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Users are solely responsible for any incorrect, misleading, or illegal information uploaded or shared through the application.
• All media and content (photos, videos, text) uploaded by the user remain the user’s ownership, but the user must ensure that such content does not violate copyright laws or infringe on any individual’s privacy rights.

Content Policy

Morvi App strictly prohibits uploading or sharing content that is:

• Abusive
• Illegal
• Hateful
• Nude or sexually explicit
• Violent or harmful in nature

Morvi App holds the right to remove such content without notice and may permanently suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate the content policy.

Data Privacy Policy

• Morvi App does not sell, trade, or share user data with third-party organizations for commercial purposes.
